FAQs

What is Cassava flour?

Cassava flour, also known as yuca or manioc flour, is made from the root of the cassava plant.

It's a starchy, gluten-free flour that serves as a versatile ingredient in various recipes. Cassava flour is commonly used in baking and cooking to create gluten-free versions of bread, cakes, cookies, and more. Its texture and mild flavour make it a popular choice for those following gluten-free, paleo, or other grain-free diets.

FAQs

Why Yummy by Yami’s Pandemonios  are convenient compared to other brands?

The beauty of a pandemonio is to be eating freshly baked. Our cheese bread is designed to go straight from the freezer to a pre-heated, HOT oven. They should be ready in only 12-14 minutes.

FAQs

What temperature should I pre-heat my oven?

Ovens are often de-regulated so it is important to have a very hot oven on fan-forced (if possible) for the best results.

Pre-heat your oven to 200C, make sure the oven is very hot before taking your cheese bread out of the freezer!

Please note that ovens vary in temperature immensely so make sure you follow our cooking instructions and bake them until they are golden brown! But remember, only you know better than anyone your oven 😉 so follow your own oven heating instructions for a best result!
